Hudson Center
The walkable heart of town — Main Street restaurants, shops, and the Assabet River. The most in-demand location in Hudson.
About Hudson Center
Hudson Center is where the magic happens. Main Street runs through the middle of it, lined with the brick commercial buildings that once housed shoe factories and now hold Medusa Brewing, Rail Trail Flatbread, and a rotating cast of restaurants and shops. The Assabet River winds through the center of town, adding green space and character. Housing here tends to be older — Victorian-era homes on smaller lots, some converted multi-families, and walkable-to-everything Colonials that command a premium because of the location. This is where buyers come when they want the full Hudson experience: lock the car in the garage on Friday night and don't touch it until Monday morning.
Property Character
Classic New England village center — Victorian and early Colonial homes on compact lots, some multi-family conversions. Walk-to-everything convenience commands a 10-15% premium over outer Hudson.
